Connect Jira to measure delivery, issues completed, resolution time, story points shipped.
What you can measure
- Count of issues over a window (created, resolved, updated).
- Average / sum / min / max of Resolution time (hours) or any numeric field (story points, custom number fields).
- Filter by status, priority, type, project, resolution and every standard or custom field, with JQL operators.
Good things to measure: issues completed, story points shipped, resolution time trending down.
Connect it
In Jira, nothing to set up. You authorize read-only access in the next step.
In Jents, Settings → Integrations → Jira → Connect → authorize (scopes: read:jira-work, read:jira-user, offline access). Your site is resolved automatically.
What Jents reads
Counts use Jira's approximate-count; resolution time and numeric fields are computed from issue fields (paged, bounded). Never summaries, descriptions, or comments.

Privacy & security
Read-only, counts and numeric fields, never issue text or comments. Every read goes through one audited, aggregate-only path and lands in your audit log. Credentials are encrypted at rest, we never train on or share your data, and you can disconnect anytime, see Privacy and Trust.
