Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jents (“Jents,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI observability platform at app.jents.io (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account information, your name, work email, and organization, provided when you (or your admin) create an account. Authentication is handled by WorkOS; we never see or store your password.

Usage & telemetry, metadata about your AI agents and usage: agent names and ownership, model names, token counts, request counts, timestamps, estimated costs, and team attribution. By design, Jents captures metadata only, we do not collect the content of your prompts or AI responses.

Technical data, standard logs (IP address, browser/device type, timestamps) used to operate and secure the Service.

Connected business systems (ROI measurement), if you choose to connect a data source (CRM, support desk, data warehouse, product analytics, billing, or project tool) to measure your agents' impact, Jents connects read-only. Most reads are an aggregate number only, a count, sum, or average over a time window. So a chart can be broken down by team, status, or owner, Jents also stores one metadata row per record(a pull request, issue, ticket, or deal): its identifier, dates, state, labels, the person it is assigned to (a name, work email, or internal user ID depending on the system), and in some systems the record's title. We never read or store the contents of a record, no descriptions, comments, message or ticket text, code, or your own free-text custom fields. Connections are scoped to the metrics you choose, encrypted, logged in your audit trail, and revocable at any time.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service (cost & usage dashboards, attribution, alerts); to authenticate and secure accounts; to provide support; to communicate about your account; and, where applicable, to bill you.

3. Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data with vetted providers only as needed to run the Service: Vercel (application hosting, US), Supabase (database, US), Railway (AI gateway), WorkOS (authentication), Sentry (error monitoring; secrets are stripped before events are sent), PostHog (product analytics, US, which identifies you by your work email), OpenAI and Anthropic (model routing through the gateway), Google (sign-in), and Slack (notifications, if you connect it). If you connect your own cloud account, AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure may also process your model usage. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see §6).

5. Security

Each company's data is logically isolated (per-tenant scoping). Secrets are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where they apply), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email niv@jents.io.

7. International users

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your data may be processed in the US.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
